Game of the Future — Akbank Webit

The first Oculus Rift, a finger-tracking sensor and Facebook — combined into one game at Webit 2013.

We brought together the first Oculus Rift virtual reality headset, a finger-tracking sensor and Facebook to create the “game of the future”. Players connected to their own Facebook accounts on an iPad, put on the headset and, floating in space, matched their friends' profile pictures with their names. Those who completed five matches fastest saw their names on the leaderboard throughout the event.
