For the Van Gogh exhibition at the Digital Experience Museum I made works in which you can touch the paintings and intervene in them. The technologies change from project to project — sensors, image processing, virtual reality, object recognition — but the question stays the same: what kind of relationship do we build between people and what they are looking at?
